The Hines team recently completed possibly their most ambitious project to date... Fitting out Newmarket's new design store Coco Republic in the Westfield Mall development.
The 1000sq m store required 468M of Track lighting, installed on Unistrut track along with seismic bracing.
Multiple large chandeliers, pendents & wall lights were installed throughout the showroom and upmarket cafe, L'Americano Espresso Bar. 60 power points and 40 data outlets were required along with hard wiring the commercial Kitchen in the cafe.
The shop fit out took 7 weeks with over 800 man hours. Mark Tonkin, Hines General Manager says it was great to be involved in such a high end project that showcases the skills and craftsmanship of the Hines team.
